BUILD ▪ RENOVATE ▪ DEVELOP

Founded in 1986, CM-GC specializes in commercial, industrial, institutional, mixed use and residential design/build construction. CM-GC has a proven track record with relevant project experience.

Throughout our history, we have delivered a wide variety of projects as Design/Build, Construction Managers, General Contractors and Facility Managers. CM-GC’s experience includes projects ranging from new office and manufacturing facilities for Packaging Unlimited in Northern Kentucky, urban renovations such as the 20th Century Theater in Historic Oakley, interior renovations at University Hospital, renovations and building additions for Kenwood Country Club and subdivision developments such as Brandonburg in Kennedy Heights and Andrew Acres in Silverton.

CM-GC and its affiliates are passionately committed to the success of our clients and our commitment is to increasingly raise the bar of excellence. We value our client’s assets as if they were our own, acting as stewards and operating prudently. We recognize that no two clients and no two construction projects are identical. Therefore, we always begin a new relationship by listening – seeking first to understand our client’s’ expectations, concerns and how they define success. Once we understand these opportunities we can design and implement a detailed construction program that meets the objectives and measurable bottom-line requirements of our client.

We Are Expertly Qualified
