CM-GC was founded in 1986. Throughout our history, we have delivered a wide variety of projects as both Construction Managers and General Contractors. This unique blend of expertise, in addition to our self-performing capabilities, has allowed us to develop a clear understanding of costs in the market. We also have a clear understanding of the critical nature of the inter-relationships of design and construction. Many of our projects were implemented as Design/Build with architectural partners.

Each of our company principals has over 30 years of construction experience. The CM-GC staff includes civil engineers, project managers, as well as support staff. With every member of our staff focused on team building as a part of our culture, we position ourselves to work with the best specialty subcontractors in our area, guaranteeing the finest workmanship in every phase of construction.
